The average earnings (gross) in Montenegro in August 2026 are 1 242 euro, while the average earnings
without taxes and contributions (net) are 1 040 euro. The average earnings without taxes and contributions
(net) in August 2026 comparing to July 2026 increased for 0.3%, while the average earnings without taxes
and contributions (net) in August 2026 comparing to the same month of the previous year increased for
2.5%.
Having in mind that consumer prices in August 2026 comparing to July 2026 increased for 1.2% the results
is that real earnings without taxes and contributions (net) in the same period decreased for 0.9%.
